Firm Overview

Brooks, Harmon & Johnston, LLC is a full-service law firm in Anniston, Alabama, representing clients throughout the state of Alabama. We have 50 years combined experience in both criminal and civil cases of all types, in state, federal, and municipal courts.

Our attorneys are skilled and experienced litigators; while the best resolution to some cases is a negotiated agreement that serves the client’s interests, we never hesitate to go to trial if that’s the best course of action.

Attorneys in our firm are:

The late Randy B. Brooks, who practiced law from 1978 to 2012 in the field of criminal defense;

Thomas W. Harmon, who began practicing in 1980 and focuses his practice on criminal law and civil litigation;

David L. Johnston, Jr., who has practiced law since 1997 and also practices both criminal law and civil litigation.

Randy Brooks and Tom Harmon began practicing law together in 1995. Dave Johnston joined the firm in 2005.
